Our company’s story begins in 1947, when Phil DeAngelis founded the business with a vision to bring reliable heating and air conditioning services to the community. With a focus on quality workmanship, customer care, and integrity, Phil laid the foundation for what would become a trusted name in HVAC for generations to come.

In time, Phil’s son Frank DeAngelis took the reins, continuing his father’s legacy and growing the company through decades of innovation and change in the industry. Under Frank’s leadership, the business expanded its services and deepened its roots in the community, all while upholding the same values it was built on.

In 2021, the torch was passed once again—this time to Chris DeAngelis, making him the third generation to lead the company. With a passion for both the trade and the family legacy, Chris continues to modernize operations while honoring the time-tested traditions that have kept the company strong for over 75 years.

Now, with the fourth generation already stepping into the business—Chris’s son Luke—the DeAngelis family’s dedication to excellence remains as strong as ever. As we look to the future, we’re proud to be a multigenerational, family-owned company that customers have trusted for decades, and we’re excited to continue serving with the same care and craftsmanship that started it all.
